Re: CW Asset condos
Yes, I have seen the For Sale sign now.
Did anyone actually receive a refund from them? I note that there is silence here so maybe some people have applied anyway.
I did not sign as the contract has a nasty clause in section 3 that has not been translated into English. My Bangkok lawyer said not to sign at any cost.

Re: CW Asset condos
Nobody received any refund according to the private CW buyers group on Facebook. The funny thing is they keep sending out e-mails claiming they can't locate many of the buyers. Tell that to the kinder garden kids.

Re: CW Asset condos
I thought that may be the case, no one needed to sign anyway as there is already the original contract for all buyers that was signed and this is legal in Thailand.
For the information of anyone who has signed, I have been told by a top legal team in BKK that this new contract would not stand up in a Thai court. I will not add the reasons but they are most unfavourable to CW.

Re: CW Asset condos
I am surprised no one else has made any comment about it here. I don't use Facebook so have no idea what has been said there.

Re: CW Asset condos
It's quite simple actually. CW Asset take the money for the proposed Ocean View condos in Bangsaray and then instead of building the condos they put the land up for sale.
This fraud in most countries!
What do the authorities do? Nothing, absolutely nothing. They build new motorways, airports, ports etc to encourage tourism but allow criminals to fleece foreigners naive enough to invest in these condos at Bangsaray.

Re: CW Asset condos
It would appear the Thai authorities allow these scammers/criminals/fraudsters to operate in Bangsaray with impunity. Most countries have a police force with a fraud department but it would appear in Thailand that defrauding foreigners is allowed to go unpunished.
They even allow the CW Asset fraudsters to air their wares on Facebook.

I see these scammers are still openly offering the Ocean View scam on this website as well.

What have the Thai authorities done to prevent this blight on the good name of Thailand, nothing.

Anyone considering buying in Bangsaray should also consider throwing money away.
Here's a link to an old article about the scammers.

Re: CW Asset condos
Great pics here, it says SOLD. This is a great example of the Bangsaray CW Asset scammers at work. What they don't mention though is that it has not been built and never will be as the land is up for sale.

And still the authorities do nothing.
